Orkis And Leena
After you come back from the past head for the Old Prison. When it asks if you want to go to the Old Prison go to no. Be ready though you will be fighting 6 lv.40s. Both of them are Elves.

Ralgo
First you need to be able to go to the Lost Road. Then head back to the guild and accept the quest "The Challenge". He will be a lv.13 dwarf and you have to fight him with the main character only. He will be towards the other end in a small room.

Greta
First you need to unlock Akatoki. Then go to the guild and accept the mission "There's No Use Having Regrets". She's a lv.10 samurai halfling. She will be in one of Branches off the main walkways.

Shella
First unlock Rucell City. Then go to the guild and accept the mission "Dream Rich". She will Be in the big room right before the airship. She's a lv.12 machine.

Retishi
First unlock the Wicked Forest area. Then go back to the guild and accept the mission "Catch The Thief". She's a lv.5 ninja halfling. You will find her in the last portion of the forest in one of the trees.
