The Rage Of The Yian Garuga

When a special quest shows up when you talk to the village chief titled The Rage of the Yian Garuga, go ahead and accept the quest. The Yian Garuga is a strong opponent and you probably won't be able to damage it. Besides for going into combat with it, go to area 7 and talk to the old man. He will give you a gift, and all you have to do is wait out the time in area 7 and you will pass the quest. Good Luck.

A Few Monster/bowgun Weaknesses

Flaming Shot: Khezu and Gypceros
Ice Shot: Rathalos and Yian Kut-Ku
Thunder Shot: Plesioth and Cephadrome
Dragon Shot: Rathian and Fatalis.

This is a small list of some food combo's i've written down. The chefs I have right now are Mai and Helga. I've written down all the combo's that hav an effect, negative and positive. I'll be sure to update this list as needed.

Mai: Clam Chip + Twinshroom = Stamina Inc. 
Mai: Clam Chip + Popo Meat = Vitality Inc. 
Mai: Acorn + Oily Raisin = Vitality Inc. 
Mai: Hopi + Scalefish = Defense Strength Inc. (+5)
Mai: Guts + Scalefish = Felyne Dismantle [LO]
Mai: Guts + Meat Scraps = Vitality Inc. 
Mai: Mixed Beans + Clam Chip = Felyne Defense [LO]
Helga: Hopi + Clam Chip = Defense Strength Inc. 
Mai+Helga: Cube Steak + Fruity Jam = Vitality Dec. 
Mai+Helga: Snake Salmon + Sweetbug = Stamina Inc. 
Mai+Helga: Spicy Sausage+Snake Salmon = Attack Strength Inc

Easiest Way To Make Money Without Trading With A Friend

The most common way that people in monster hunters get money is obviously trading (giving) with friends and selling them, but if you want to make easy money by yourself, you first need the garuga mission do the garuga cheat (someone on this cheat/hint list explained it so read it because that's an important step) once you completed the mission kill the garuga and sell its stuff from the mission that you accomplished the first time and the second time you might feel bad selling its stuff but you can always do it over and over with ease, and yeah it's materials are very very EXPENSIVE!

Defeating A Rathalos

In defeating a rathalos you need a good armor set like gypceros leggings, gypceros helm, kut-ku vembraces, kut-ku mail, kut-ku tasset d. You will have a great defence but don't worry about the gypceros equipments (because it's weak against fire). The greatest weapons to use when fighting that wyvern is a dual sword with an paralyze attribute if you don't have an equipment like that, use a sword with an attribute not a g. Sword because a g. Sword is hard to handle. Then attack the rathalos in the head when it spits a fireball because when you attacked the rathalos after it lands it will charge on you so be careful good luck!

Strongest Sword

If you get the rusted great sword from the stone, DONT throw it away. If you up-grade it a lot, it will become the strongest sword in the game.

Changing Weapon Status While Not Changing Its Graphics

Say that you have a G Sword. Then set an Equipment Set that has the weapon with a Bowgun (or any kind). Go to Equipment Set and when it says Change Equipment? press O + X at the same time. Then you can see the G sword shooting bullets! (It sometimes doesn't work + your game might freeze)

Get Fatalis Armor

If you havent beet Fatalis listen up! Try to get the Garuga armor because its really good. Then get the Garuga G. sword and go up against Fatalis. You will have a 85.9 percent chance of defeating him. Once he is defeated, get all his carvings and go to the man who makes you armor. Fatalis' Armor should be on there. If not you'll have to get more carvings. This is the best armor in the game!
